Thank you for purchasing a Sealey product. Manufactured to a high standard this product will, if used according to these instructions
and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.
1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. NOTE THE SAFE OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, WARNINGS & CAUTIONS.
USE THE PRODUCT CORRECTLY AND WITH CARE FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE
DAMAGE AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY AND WILL INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY. PLEASE KEEP INSTRUCTIONS SAFE FOR FUTURE USE.
1.1. GENERAL SAFETY
r WARNING! USE OUTDOORS ONLY. Be aware burning (or smouldering) charcoal gives off lethal amounts of Carbon Monoxide
(CO).
r WARNING! Accessable parts may be very hot. Keep young children away.
7 DO NOT move the barbecue whilst it is in operation.
7 DO NOT when using your barbecue, leave it unattended.
7 DO NOT use this barbecue in a garage or any enclosed area (including tents). Keep the area in which it is being used clear (at least
one metre) of any combustable materials.
7 DO NOT light the barbecue on a surface that may be damaged by hot fat or heat.
7 DO NOT light the barbecue in an area of dry vegetation.
3 Be prepared if an accident or a fire should occur. Know where your first aid kit and fire extinguishers are and how to use them
correctly.
3 Always cook with great care.
3 Stand on a level surface.
3 Use oven gloves and sturdy long handled barbecue tools when cooking.
3 Keep pets and children at a safe distance.
3 The barbecue will become hot so handle with the help of oven gloves.
3 Ensure the appliance has cooled completely before emptying of ash and storing.
3 The barbecue should be cleaned on a regular basis.

3. ASSEMBLY
Barrel style charcoal barbecue, powder coated with enamel nished cooking grill and wire warming shelf. Adjustable charcoal grid height and
vents top and bottom, allow added control over cooking heat on food. Wire shelf for storage and wheels for easy mobility.

3.1 Refer to attached Parts Diagram.
When starting to assemble, remove all of the parts from the packaging and check if anything is missing against the parts list.
3.1.1. Push left front leg (19) into right front leg (16) and push left rear leg (17) into right rear leg (13).
3.1.2. Fit bottom shelf (18) by hooking corners into holes in bottom of the four legs.
3.1.3. Push axle through holes in bottom of right hand legs, t wheels (14) onto axle and secure with black plastic end caps.
3.1.4. Fit the two reinforcement pieces (12) by screwing them onto the top of the legs (one at each end).
3.1.5. Fit the tub (9) using four screws from inside the tub, into the legs.
3.1.6. Fit the lid (2) screw into each end of the tub.
3.1.7. Fit the four ventilation covers (3).
3.1.8. Fit the handle (20) to the tub.
3.1.9. Fit the upper grid rack by pushing each end through the lid (push the plastic end cap over each one to hold it in place.) Screw the
bottom legs of the rack through the edge of the tub.
3.1.10. Fit the front shelf screw from inside the tub. Fit the two shelf supports (11).
3.1.11. Fix the grill (7) to the charcoal ashtray. Hook the grill under the long edges of the ashtray. Hook grill adjustment handles (6) through the
grill (7) to raise and lower the charcoal by hooking them onto the ends of the tub.
3.1.12. Place cooking grids (5) onto the barbecue.
